Barbara Gurry Rowell received her formal art education at Cayuga College and Syracuse University School of Visual and performing arts. She has continued to study with various masters throughout the United States.

Barbara’s work has been exhibited in galleries and private collections across the country. She has won several awards in art and design.

Her art expresses her love of nature and her spiritual connection to the earth. Traveling the countryside is her passion and where many of her ideas are formulated. She presently works out of her studio in Florida.
